The Being check-in program (the “Program”) sends recurring wellbeing check-in text messages to users who have created a Being account and expressly opted in to receive them. The Program is operated by Engage. LLC.
You opt in within the Being mobile app by entering your mobile number and enabling “Daily check-ins.” After opting in, you receive a confirmation text. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and is typically one message per day, plus replies to messages you send us.
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Being does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive check-in texts. You can also disable check-ins in the app.

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
